حجت الاسلام و المسلمین 'محمدجعفر منتظری' شامگاه پنجشنبه در جلسه شورای اداری استان گیلان كه در سالن حزین لاهیجی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی لاهیجان برگزار شد، با تأكید بر لزوم استقبال مسوولان از نقد سازنده و مؤثر افزود: انتقاد سازنده، راهگشای رفع بسیاری از نواقص و فرصت سازی برای خدمت بیشتر و بهتر به مردم است.

وی با اشاره به جایگاه دیوان عدالت اداری اظهار كرد: شكل گیری این نهاد به عنوان مرجع عالی رسیدگی به شكایات و مشكلات مردم، از بركات انقلاب اسلامی است.

حجت الاسلام منتظری ادامه داد: در قانون مصوب شده كه دفاتر نمایندگی دیوان عدالت اداری در شهرستان ها دایر شود بر این اساس؛ چهارمین دفتر نمایندگی این نهاد در استان گیلان و شهرستان رشت راه اندازی شد.

وی بیان داشت: دائر شدن این دفاتر نمایندگی به منظور پیگیری هرچه بهتر و آسان تر شكایات و مشكلات مردم در استان هاست و با ایجاد این دفاتر دیگر نیازی به مراجعه مردم مناطق مختلف كشور برای تنظیم دادخواست و ارائه آن به دیوان عدالت اداری پایتخت نیست و در واقع همان كار در دفاتر نمایندگی در مراكز استان ها انجام و مشكلات تردد مردم نیز برطرف می شود.

حجت الاسلام منتظری حراست از بیت المال را از وظایف اصلی مدیران عنوان و اضافه كرد: در بررسی شكایاتی كه بین مردم و ادارات در دیوان عدالت اداری مطرح می شود، می كوشیم منافع مردم حفظ شود.

استاندار گیلان نیز در این جلسه ضمن گرامیداشت یاد و خاطره امام خمینی (ره) اظهار داشت: امام راحل پرچمدار عزت ، اقتدار و بزرگی ملت ما بودند و به ما نشان دادند كه چگونه در برابر دشمنان ایستادگی كنیم و در مسیر حق گام برداریم.

مهدی سعادتی افزود: امام خمینی (ره) اسلام واقعی را به ملت ایران عرضه كردند و مردم ایران اسلامی امروز به عنوان یك اسوه و نمونه نزد ملت های جهان شناخته می شوند.

وی با اشاره به نامگذاری سال جاری از سوی رهبر معظم انقلاب به نام تولید ملی؛ حمایت از كار و سرمایه ایرانی ادامه داد: باید از توان همه دستگاه ها و نهادها به منظور حمایت از تولیدات داخلی و همچنین گسترش اشتغال و استفاده از نیروهای متعهد استفاده كنیم.

سعادتی همچنین به ظرفیت های متعدد گیلان در بخش های كشاورزی، گردشگری، صنعت و ... اشاره و خاطرنشان كرد: اصلی ترین رویكرد مدیران در سال جاری، بهره گیری صحیح و اصولی از این پتانسیل ها باشد.

وی تصریح كرد: به همین منظور؛ طرح سفرهای شهرستانی به نقاط مختلف استان در سال جاری نیز پیگیری می شود تا از این رهگذر؛ مشكلات شهرستان ها از نزدیك بررسی و تصمیمات لازم برای برطرف شدن تواقص و كاستی ها اتخاذ شود.

به گزارش ایرنا، در سفر یك روزه حجت الاسلام و المسلمین محمدجعفر منتظری رییس دیوان عدالت اداری به گیلان، دفتر نمایندگی این نهاد در شهرستان رشت راه اندازی شد.
